The Sensory Mum Survival Kit I Wish I Had

If I could time travel back to my early meltdown days, I’d walk straight up to my exhausted, snack-bribing self and say:

“Oi, here — you’re gonna need THIS.”
I didn’t have it then. So I made it myself. And I’m sharing it with you because if you’re reading this, you probably need it too.

what is it?

It’s my Sensory Mum MEGA BUNDLE — a fancy name for 4 printables that have genuinely saved my brain more times than I can count.

I made this kit because:

  • I was sick of digging for scraps of routines on Pinterest.

  • I needed a meltdown plan that didn’t live in my head.

  • I wanted my kid to show me what he needed, instead of me playing “guess why we’re crying” at Tesco.

  • And, let’s be real, I needed a good mum sticker for my water bottle to remind me I’m still hilarious even when I’m crying in the car.

What’s Inside?

✅ 1. Best-Selling Talk Cards
Visual cards my kid actually uses to say “I’m tired”, “I need quiet”, “I want snack NOW”. They stick on the fridge, the buggy, my bag — anywhere.

✅ 2. Sensory Parent Survival Journal
A calm corner for ME. A meltdown log, mini wins page, checklists, scribble spaces — because my brain needs a routine too.

✅ 3. Sensory Mum Stickers
Because if I’m gonna be chaos, I might as well label it properly. Planner, laptop, takeaway cup — done.

✅ 4. Summer Explorer Kit

This is not just a few cute sheets — it’s 30+ pages of real, meltdown-prepping goodness.
I built it because the summer holidays turn my routine into chaos spaghetti — and I needed a plan that even my kid could follow.

Inside you’ll get:

  • Visual daily planners & schedules — so your kids see what’s coming.

  • Sensory Passports — prep pages for new places, new days out, new people.

  • Food & Meal Planning Pages — space to plan where you’ll eat, what you’ll bring, or what your child will actually touch on the menu.

  • Places To Go & Eat Prep Sheets — so your child can help pick (and mentally prep) for cafes, parks or day trips — meltdown risk: lower!

  • Adventure Logs & Memories Pages — let them record days out, or just scribble when you need five minutes’ peace.

  • and soooo much more!

The whole Explorer Kit gives your chaotic summer a routine backbone — and gives you a fighting chance at keeping snacks stocked, kids calm, and surprises mostly meltdown-proof.

And you can reprint it every summer. No fancy apps. Just print, plan, breathe.

Why I Wish I Had It?

Because no one tells you how noisy, sticky, emotional, and beautiful sensory parenting is until you’re right in the middle of aisle 5 holding a meltdown child, three squashed snacks, and your last shred of sanity.
